In many of our developments, while the Main Contractor was formally appointed to execute the overall building works, Tanamsong Construction also undertook substantial roles as a specialist sub-contractor, directly responsible for:

    
• Internal Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Services installation and coordination
• Infrastructure works including roads, drainage, water reticulation, and utilities
• Authority liaison and coordination works to ensure smooth approvals and compliance
